Dr. Paul Miller

Chiropractor and Owner

Dr. Miller is a licensed practitioner at Advanced Chiropractic in Spokane, where he has gained the respect of numerous patients with his effective techniques, one-of-a-kind personality, and fantastic staff who are always ready to answer your questions and make our patients feel welcome.

Like many individuals in today’s society, Dr. Paul Miller frequently suffered back pains growing up.  After personally experiencing the benefits of chiropractic adjustments in his early twenties, Dr. Miller knew he wanted to be a chiropractor.

Educational Journey

His educational journey began at Indiana University in South Bend, where he completed his undergraduate studies.  Following his pre-chiropractic coursework, he gained admission to the Pasadena College of Chiropractic in Southern California.  Before settling in Spokane, Washington, in 1993, Dr. Miller practiced in Ventura, Barstow, and Lompoc, California.

Treatment Approaches

Dr. Miller employs various techniques in his practice, including Diversified, Sacral Occipital Technique, Activator, and Thompson Drop.  Before receiving an adjustment, patients may undergo passive exercises for spinal disc and joint health on the intersegmental traction table, complemented by moist heat or cold therapy tailored to individual needs.  This therapy effectively relaxes muscles in preparation for the chiropractic session.

Participating Provider

Dr. Miller is a participating provider for numerous insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Asuris Northwest, Medicare, Labor & Industries Compensation, and other insurance programs.  He also offers care for Personal and Auto Injury cases and Workers’ Compensation programs.  Dr. Miller is an active member of the Washington State Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractors Association.
